3. For Educators

• Educators agree to go through our verification process.
• Deoria Educators reserves the right to suspend or terminate any tutor profile if found providing false information or behaving unprofessionally.

4. For Parents/Schools

• Parents/Schools are encouraged to verify the tutor's identity during the trial class.
• Payments should be made according to the agreed terms facilitated by Deoria Educators.
• Deoria Educators is not liable for any personal conflicts between the parties involved.

5. Payment Policy

Payment terms will be discussed and finalized at the time of matching. Deoria Educators may collect a service fee or commission as per the agreement with educators and institutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deoria Educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
